Offered is this elegant silverplate tea or coffee serving set on a footed tray. This set was made by Webster-Wilcox under the International Silver label. We believe it dates to the first half of the 20.The service is comprised of a footed coffee server with hinged lid, footed teapot with hinged lid, cream pitcher and covered sugar bowl. They rest on a two-handled silver tray. The body of each hollow-ware piece is paneled. The rims are decorated with a traditional design of flowers, foliage, and flourishes. The feet reflect a similar decorative motif. The silverplate tray depicts a design of seashells, foliage and flourishes. The tray rim and feet follow the same motif as the teapot and coffee server. The coffee server stands about 12.5 inches tall to the top of the finial. The teapot stands 9 inches high. The creamer measures 5 inches high. The sugar bowl stands 6 inches tall to the top of the finial. The serving tray measures 25 inches long, from handle to handle, and 14.5 inches wide.
This set is in very good used condition. The silver finish is intact.
Some scratches in the center of the tray due to service use. The item will be insured.
