Beautiful Antique Barker Brothers Repousse Silverplate Tea Pot & Creamer

Now onto the item for sale. For sale is an outstanding silver plated teapot and creamer set made in England by Barker Brothers. The repousse design on each piece is quite beautiful and intricate.

The base of the spout on the teapot has the face of a man and the tip of the spout is the face of a bird. We gave this set a quick polishing to give you an idea of the condition of the silverplate, but the next owner may want to give it a more thorough polishing. We didn't notice any dents or pitting on either piece and the hinged teapot lid is still properly attached. There are some light scratches and marks here and there on each piece, but nothing beyond what one would expect on pieces as old as these.

The only thing we noticed, in case you missed it, is the finial on the lid of the teapot was missing when we got it. We trust a replacement finial is readily available online. The teapot stands 8 1/4" to the top of the lid and the creamer stands 4 1/2" at the highest point of the spout with the highest point on the handle being 5 1/4 tall. Thanks for looking and God bless!
