Aesthetic Victorian Repousse Kirk Rose triple silver plate tea set ram head 1885

An impressive early 1880s three-piece triple plate tea set. This silver plated set is clearly imitating Kirk rose or repousse sterling silver teasets, complete with the ram head finial to the handle of the oversized creamer! Includes a 9" tall creamer, a 10.25" long by 4" foliate teapot and a 7.75" wide open sugar bowl. All effusively decorated with repoussé florals. Generally good condition with a central P monogram, moderate tarnish, and the base of the teapot is slightly out of round.
